Even the first grade offender is excused by the offended simply by this process and Maharaj Parikshit, although he was honoured by all rank and file of the order of Rishis and kings, the emperor welcomed all the big men in that humble etiquette in order to be excused by them if he had offended them at all at any time. Generally at the last stage of one's life this humble method is adopted by every sensible man in order to be excused before departure for the next life and in this way Maharaj Parikshit implored everyone's good will for going back to home back to Godhead.
