Maharaj Yudhisthir was aware of these mass killings besides the killing of many wellwishers who joined him in the battle. Similarly there were friends, parents and preceptors also on both sides and all of them were killed. It was simply horrible for him to think of such killing business and therefore he was thinking of residing in the hell for millions and billions of years still he might not be rescued from such helish life.
