Simply by taking birth once for all in the family of a Brahmin, does not make one qualified for performing Yajnas. He must be twice-born by proper training and initiation from the bonafide Acharya. The once-born scions of Brahmin-family are calculated equal with the once-born Sudras and such Brahma-Bandhu or unqualified once-born man has no right to accept the priesthood of performing any form of Yajna or acts of fruitive duties.
