3. Check of the International Society for Krisna Consciousness, Inc., 2805 S.E. Hawthorne, Portland, Oregon, U.S.A., whose checking account is with First National Bank of Oregon, 26th and E. Burnside Branch, Portland, Oregon, dated Sept. 25, 1975, Check No. 1409 (24-191/1230), for the amount of U.S. Dollars 200.00 (Two hundred U.S. dollars).
