760409 - Letter to Gaura Govinda from Pusta Krsna

Vrndavana,

April 9, 1976

From: Pusta Krishna

Bhubaneswar

My dear Gaura Govinda Swami,

Please accept my humble obeisances. I read you letter of March 12, 1976 to Srila Prabhupada at the time in Mayapur, and he said that you should have some man or men to assist you, and I have been canvassing to get someone there to assist you, but manpower is short, and I feel that if you are serious to get a good man to help you, you should take a trip up to Mayapur and get one man yourself there.

Otherwise, you will get someone who is of no use to anybody and what is the use of it. You need a good enthusiastic person there to help things get off the ground, so if you are serious about needing help then please do the needful.

I trust that this meets you in good health.

Your unworthy servant,

Pusta Krishna Swami
Personal secretary

N.B. I spoke with Bhavananda Swami and he seemed most sympathetic to your cause in Mayapur. Perhaps you could approach him or Gargamuni Swami who is your G.B.C. Haribol! [Coinciding Letter To: S.P. 3/13/76]
