- rāse yaiche ghara yāite gopīre ājñā dilā
- tāṅra ājñā bhāṅgi' tāṅra saṅge se rahilā
SYNONYMS
rāse—at the time of the rāsa dance; yaiche—as; ghara yāite—to return home; gopīre—the gopīs; ājñā dilā—Lord Kṛṣṇa ordered; tāṅra—His; ājñā—order; bhāṅgi'-breaking; tāṅra saṅge—in His association; se—they; rahilā—kept themselves.
TRANSLATION
During the rāsa dance, Kṛṣṇa asked all the gopīs to return home, but the gopīs neglected His order and stayed there for His association.
